City Council Meeting tonight - 1st reading of payroll tax ordinance

Friends - tonight the city council will meet for the 1st reading of the payroll tax ordinance. If you can attend and be part of the process, I urge you to do so. Additionally, it would be great for the council to hear from you, so if you will be around for the August 24 meeting, you can ask the Mayor to be on the agenda for public comment. That will possibly be the 2nd reading of the ordinance.
