Seeking your comments and suggestions

Friends - putting this out there for your comments and suggestions. The city growth committee identified several needs for our city - improved pay for fire and police, capital improvements for fire dept building, road paving, parks, et al. I want your thoughts and suggestions about what could be done to address these needs other than a payroll tax. If you have ideas about how to increase efficiency, cut costs, outsource, better collect the city sticker, anything along those lines, let me know.
