I am an aspiring veterinary student who lives in a poverty stricken environment. I work so me and my family can survive but i really want to be an veterinary tech and own my own clinic. I tried to find online courses but the ones i found you have to pay, and because of hard times money is scarce. When i searched free veterinary programs there where free veterinary programs everywhere except DC and this didn't make sense to me. I didn't think it was fair and by signing this petition you will be making change for me and other aspiring veterinarians in Washington DC
