Please sign for a license to gif to voluntary vets to start a FREE neuter program for strays at Crete island. The stray population is a very big problem all over Crete to much suffering and cruelty can be stopped by starting a FREE neuter program. The problem is the voluntary vets need a legal license to start a FREE neuter program given by law in this case municipalities. We had lots of meetings with the municipalities asking for a license to start a FREE neuter program. Unfortunately this is not happening yet the question is why? Nobody can tell us a good reason or gif a clear explanation? Please help the strays at Crete island to sign this petition and stop this awful unnecessary suffering.
