Implement an ATV road access by-law for a one year trial period.
The Issue
- Tourism and economic development to the area
- Regulate riders under 316.03 of the Hwy traffic act/making riders legally responsible for their actions
- To link up to the already existing trails surrounding our community
- To allow residents legal usage from home to 'trail heads'
- To allow the farmers to use an ATV from home to fields/pastures
- A fun, family orientated, outdoor recreational activity
- More people bring more dollars to our business community
- Come for a visit - STAY for a lifestyle!
