Me llamo Oscar Mostacero tengo 51 años y no puedo explicar con palabras la indignación que siento al ver a tantos perros y gatos abandonados en la vía publica. Hay personas que no sienten amor ni valoran la vida animal y también por tantas botellas de plástico de gaseosa tiradas en la vía pública ,  por eso nuestra Capital necesita un cambio, para que los perros y gatos  sean alimentados y también creemos conciencia de reciclaje.

"Pugedon" es una iniciativa maravillosa de la que deben aprender países como el nuestro.

 Comenzó en Turquía y se ha extendido hasta EE.UU. Es un proyecto que combina dos hábitos: reciclar y dar de comer a Las mascotas  abandonadas a su suerte.

Se trata de una máquina inteligente que se energiza con energía  solar, expendedora de alimento y agua para perros y gatos. Su sencillo mecanismo permite que se pueda reciclar y al mismo tiempo brindar comida y bebida a mascotas abandonadas. 

Lima  es una ciudad innovadora y sería increíble que sus gobernantes pudieran escuchar nuestra propuestas para solucionar problemas como el abandono de mascotas y a la vez el reciclaje de botellas de plástico. Por eso hago esta petición para  que te unas con tu firma para pedir a la Municipalidad de Lima  que escuche esta propuesta y que  pueda implementarla.

El propósito de todo esto es que la gente sea cada vez más consciente de que las mascotas abandonadas  también sienten,  sufren, tienen hambre y sed como si fueran humanos.

 My name is Oscar Mostacero I am 51 years old and I can not explain in words the indignation I feel at seeing so many abandoned dogs and cats on the public highway. There are people who do not feel love or value animal life and also for so many plastic bottles of soda thrown on the public highway, that's why our Capital needs a change, so that dogs and cats are fed and we also create awareness of recycling.
"Pugedon" is a wonderful initiative from which countries such as ours must learn.
 It started in Turkey and has spread to the United States. It is a project that combines two habits: recycle and feed the abandoned pets to their fate.
It is an intelligent machine that is energized with solar energy, food dispenser and water for dogs and cats. Its simple mechanism allows it to be recycled and at the same time provide food and drink to abandoned pets.
Lima is an innovative city and it would be incredible if its leaders could listen to our proposals to solve problems like the abandonment of pets and at the same time the recycling of plastic bottles. That is why I make this request to join you with your signature to ask the Municipality of Lima to listen to this proposal and to implement it.
The purpose of all this is for people to become increasingly aware that abandoned pets also feel, suffer, hunger and thirst as if they are human.
