In the petition, I had mentioned of one order of High Court. I am happy to share with you all that I have got the copy of final judgement delivered by a division bench directing the Municipal Board, Pithoragarh to work in consonance and not in contravention of statutory rules on Management of Bio waste. The authorities are working in sheer contempt of the same and an appropriate immediate response has to be taken.
