OK - I owe you all an apology for not updating this petition! What I can assure you about is that work has been going on behind the scenes. I attach our first report which has been a labour of love, not just for me, but the many volunteers working behind the scenes. Please read and pass it onto anyone affected, friends, family and those in positions of power. e.g. MP’s.
We now have a website www.grandparentsunitedforchildren.org.uk and will be launching this report in Leeds. Please look out for the date tbc and a big shout out to all those still supporting grandparents in need and to Leeds University who have offered to host our conference launch. If you wish to take part to share your experiences or volunteer, do get in touch.
I am still here to listen and respond, and now we have more volunteers. Please keep signing as we now intend to ensure the recommendations from this report are implemented.
