We are still here and we are not going anywhere. We had a meeting this morning to update grandparents on campaign to date, it was great to see so many faces and sad to hear the grief from new grandparents.

I shared some of the now completed Savanta Survey today which has polled 1,000 random grandparents and the evidence should make us all want to shout louder! I will be sharing this survey and some of the trends from your comments being left on this petition in the forthcoming report I am writing. However, I do wish to share some of the headlines from the completed Survey:

1. 50% of 1,000 grandparents have been prevented from seeing their grandchildren for over ONE year.

2. Grandparents aged under 50 and as young as 30 are more likely to be prevented from seeing their grandchildren.

3.  Almost three in four were close to their grandchild(ren) prior to contact being stopped.

If I am to write a report with such strong evidence we now need your support and action with the below survey. I have checked and the last time we had an entry was May 18th 2022. This survey is for those affected and for those that know someone who has been affected by these issues and WE NEED you to pass it on far and wide.

We are in this together and I am sorry to say that I am still waiting upon Ministers in government to respond. I will soon be requesting another ask from you all, as it will soon be time for us all to send out a standard letter to our MP's. I find it shocking and so very disheartening that those in positions of power are fully aware of the facts and the suffering of so many grandchildren and grandparents, as they also have the full survey and yet nothing!
