Anti-competitive lawsuits are designed to drain resources from small companies like ours. Except that this hasn’t just hurt a business - our milk donors rely on income from the milk bank and because of this lawsuit we have been late on payments that families reply on. Worst yet more than 100 neonatal intensive care units depend on us to provide life saving milk to their fragile patients - which we can no longer do. This is so much more than business, when infants lives are at risk there is no place for this type of anticompetitive activity.
