Stop fooling consumers about ultra high internet speed promise by MTS MBlaze

The Issue

We were attracted by your advertisements of speed upto 9.8 mbps and we ordered assuming at least we might get a speed upto 2-3 mbps and ordered for a data card by cancelling our existing reliance/tata data card. 
As to disappoint us, your MTS card does not even co-operate to open a facebook message and for which we have to wait for more than half an hour. No tabs could be opened freely and g mails have to be viewed only by html format and that too at a very ultra slow speed. Everybody of us has made complaints several times with your company and the solutions are never provided. We wanted to withdraw the connection and to receive the refund, your staff answered us it is not possible.

Through this petition we wish to bring into the notice of MTS management team that if our complaints are not taken seriously, we will be in a position to move to consumer court and claim for a loss of business & disappointment caused.
