What food truck events does this petition cover?

While telling your community about this petition, I would like to better clarify what exactly we are asking from City Council.

We are asking to allow owner's of real property the freedom to invite local food vendors to their location pursuant section § 121.03 (B). We are NOT asking the allowance of traditional food truck operations (the freedom to come, at their own will, to operate within Mt. Washington.) The "alternative" language placed in § 121 supports this request and is written within the ordinance for this exact reason. 

Example: An HOA has organized an event for their community. To support the event, an HOA representative INVITES and gives WRITTEN consent for the food vender to operate at the HOA clubhouse. Mt. Washington mobile food vender permit should NOT be required for this event.
