Excerpt: "This is an early step in a process to achieve the future operation of these two ski areas under a NEWCO. If this step is a successful one it will provide time to put together the full proposition of NEWCO for our ongoing consideration, and most importantly it will, by implication, support the Administrator with sourcing the additional $5 million in cash contribution needed to prepare both ski areas for a 2023 winter operation."
