I hope everybody has a Happy Thanksgiving. Daniel Snyder made a hell of a first impression at this afternoon's press conference at Redskins Park. This is the 10th Head Coaching change during his 20-year ownership of the Redskins. I guess he forgot to set his clock up about two months before introducing Ron Rivera. Unbelievable!
