Hundreds of families who have booked apartments in Purava Eternity - Kochi, Kerala have been cheated out by Puravankara Builders. The builders had promised hand over by December 2009 with a grace period of 6 months, failing which they would compensate for each month's delay.

It is March 2014 now, and there is no completion, neither compensation. The builders are evading the compensation with lame excuses and clauses they have built into the contract. 

The builder is cheating thousands of people of crores of rupees and this has to be brought to light and justice.
