Keep this family in their Aussie home

Marlene, Gerhard, Monique en Marna (and their fur babies Wendy and Olive) have been living in Australia for more than 7 years on a couple of temporary residence visas.
Because of unfortunate events and actions by their agent, currently under investigation, their application for permanent residence visa has been refused. This means they will have to leave Australia.
The Potgieters are good hard working, tax paying, law abiding family paying their own way and not living off welfare for more than 7 years. They want to remain in Australia- their home!
They are devastated to have to go back to South Africa (where they originated from) where the crime rate is so frighteningly high.
They can not apply for a new visa due to the changes in the age requirements for visas and their daughters Monique (23) and Marna (21) are to old to be on their parents' visa even if they could put in a new
application. Furthermore Marlene's occupation was removed from the skills list in April 2017, so despite public announcement that on-shore applicants will not be affected by the new changes, they will have to go back to a
place they don't consider as home anymore.
They will be financially ruined if they have to go back to South Africa without any belongings, no house, no jobs, no cars...Just a suitcase of clothes each. And frankly, they fear for their lives in South Africa. They are honestly too afraid to go back, due to the violence in the country.
The only way to keep them in Australia, is if there is ministerial intervention.
