The suit alleges that "Big Lick" Horse Show Patron Mr. Kent McGary intentionally drove his automobile on the wrong side of road dangerously close to Animal Welfare Advocates who were exercising their First Amendment right to protest Animal Cruelty to Tennessee Walking Horses ("Big Lick").
