He was driving a Ford Escape registered to “Five Below, Inc”, a national retailer based in Philadelphia, PA. (Mr. McGary is afforded the presumption of innocence until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.) This near tragedy occurred Saturday June 2, 2018, at the Maury County Park in Columbia, TN when a "Big Lick" Horse Show Patron Mr. McGary intentionally drove his automobile on the wrong side of road dangerously close to Animal Welfare Advocates who were exercising their First Amendment right to protest Animal Cruelty to Tennessee Walking Horses ("Big Lick").
