Twice selected by his peers as “Big Lick” Walking Horse Trainer of The Year, Mr. Charlie Green has an egregious record for being cited for alleged violations of the “Horse Protection Act (Animal Cruelty). Gang - March 30, 2012: TOP WALKING HORSE TRAINERS HAVE HISTORY 0F SORING "Eight of the last 10 winners of the Trainer of the Year award from the Walking Horse Trainers’ Association have been suspended for soring at least once, according to data compiled by an industry watchdog group. "One of the winners, Charlie Green, racked up the most violations of the Horse Protection Act, with 22 - for everything from one-foot and two-foot soring to scarring on a horse’s legs, a possible indication of previous soring “” according to a review by The Tennessean" (of a USDA database) This past Wednesday morning, April 26, 2017, when Walking Horse Trainer of the Year Mr. Charlie Green realized that he was being videoed at the Frank Brown Park by a reporter for www.billygoboy.com website publication report - he pulled up “Dixie Majorette” – and slowly "dog walked" her back to the barn. So far at the 2017 Panama City “Big Lick” Horse Show, “Dixie Majorette” has won two blue ribbons. One was with Ms. Martha Blackmon Milligan in the Four Year Old Mare & Gelding class. Another was with Mr. Charlie Green up in the Four Year Old Mare (Riders Cup) in which ‘Dixie Majorette” was the only horse in the class. This CCABLAC Video shows the Horse Show Organizer Ms. Martha Blackmon Milligan attempting to intimidate a CCABLAC animal welfare advocate from exercising his First Amendment constitutional rights in the city owned Frank Brown Park. Following Ms. Milligan’s attempt to intimidate the www.billygoboy.com reporter, Panama City Beach "Big Lick" Horse Show Manager Mr. Todd Fisher told the www.billygoboy.com reporter: "YOU ARE A DEAD MAN!".
