Representing more than 300,000 people, CCALAC advocates will ask the City Council to no longer allow the “Big Lick” Horse Show featuring Animal Cruelty to be held at the Frank Brown Park. The CCABLAC advocates will attend the “Big Lick” Horse Show, and exercise their right to free speech as provided by the First Amendment. They will distribute "Anti-Soring" literature, and take photos and videos of “Big Lick” Tennessee Walking Horses.
