This shocking eye witness video shows the driver of the truck, with his left hand on the steering wheel while making an obscene gesture with his right hand, driving directly at the CCABLAC protestors who were holding a banner, "Boycott Big Lick Animal Cruelty". An official report of the incident was made to the Sheriff of Tunica County, Mississippi, on Friday morning, and the legal process will go forward. CCABLAC animal welfare advocate Clant M. Seay said, “The irresponsible conduct of a person who used a potentially deadly weapon to recklessly endanger the lives of innocent citizens is reprehensible. These fine Americans did nothing other than peacefully assemble in a public place to exercise their First Amendment rights to free speech and protest “Big LIck” Animal Cruelty to defenseless innocent Tennessee Walking Horses. The conduct of the driver of the truck is not going to be tolerated.
