Thank you all so much for the recent support! Due to this petition gaining attention, articles have been wrote about this subject. They go further in-depth about the school and its history. They also include some interviews. We'll link both below. 

 Another thing to mention is that a descendant of Dixie Hollins himself is advocating and trying to help the name change. Our immense appreciation goes out to Jen Cox.
