When the world is battling with a pandemic and most events have been cancled, we hear the news that the so called Yulin 'festival' is still going to take place. It puzzling trying to understand why but its also tiring. No dog deserves to be tortured, cooked and fed to a human.
Since first hearing about the dog meat industry, I was in total shock and knew I had to speak up about it. To my knowledge this event has been taking place since 2010. Some of the dogs sold at these events have either been snatched off the streets or from their owners.
Today, I ask that we continue to speak up, raise our voices and help protect our fur friends. Dogs aren't breakfast, lunch or dinner. Dogs aren't a snack either. You can't eat dogs! Dogs when given the opportunity can be a companion, family or even mans best friend. I find it hard to write a update when we don't see much changing. However, I believe a change for the good is near. I want to take this opportunity to thank you all for signing and more importantly for caring.
I stand with all those in China and around the world fighting the dog meat trade. If you do too please sign and share.
