It's possible that Mohan may just be the unluckiest elephant in the world... the court hearing was once again postponed, this time because the advocate from the opposing side didn't show up today. Monday, May 4th was set as the new hearing date, and we can only hope that the hearing will indeed happen that day. In the meantime, Mohan waits. And so do we.
