We have been eagerly awaiting the judge's decision in Mohan's court case. We were fully expecting the decision to be in favor of freeing Mohan and removing the final barriers that would allow us to rescue him. However, the judge instead ordered an independent agency to carry out a veterinary examination of Mohan before the next hearing on April 22. Although we are heartbroken that we can not intervene to help Mohan immediately, we know that a veterinary examination will prove that Mohan has survived decades of abuse and needs to be rescued. Please be assured that Mohan is under the watchful eyes of our team members deployed there and we will not abandon him.
