In an effort to reduce backyard breeding and neglect and to   actually give shelters and rescue groups a chance we are asking Gumtree Australia to prevent the advertising of animals for sale other than for the following reasons: Allowable Sales from authorised registered breeders, registered rescue groups and pet shelters, Government councils and agencies and ABN Registered Farms and Livestock auctioneers as well as authorised pet shops.
