NEXT HEARING OCTOBER 21ST and Upcoming hearing dates below, as over 900 Mt Joy Twp residents sign written petition to "Say No" to these 18 solar sham landowners, some of which have been trying to develop these same parcels of land for the past 20 years and 4-5 are not even township residents.
They are not poor farmers, in fact most are not really farmers at all, and if approved, they will be skipping out-of-town, leaving all the real estate damages and depressed property values in the dust. While the Amish are readily buying up many Adams County farms and still making profits doing dairy, some of these greedy 18 landowners are blinded by the light from Limited Liability Corporations that can simply bailout anytime, leaving landowners with their pants down with decommissioning costs and adjacent residents could be left with views of Superfund solar junkyards and contaminated well water.
While Penn Gate Farms and Recused Township Supervisor Updyke are signing up to destroy our rural and historical character forever, the Amish are actually preserving and beautifying Mt Joy Township!!!
