While some places have bicycle lanes other places may not. Bicycles are used as couriers, news paper delivery, community nurses as well as there are bicycle police in some cities and many other services that depend on them. And some are simply tax paying citizens that are trying to use the road way for exercise, and stress relief. There are also the less fortunate that don’t have any other means of transportation.
