The case has been horrifying, so I want to make it clear for those who follow me at my 'work' outlets behind the curtain I am ultimately in a devestated state without more rights to my daughter. We have had only visitation rights twice a month since July 2019. It's not correct, constantly I keep giving evidence of the security and environment I can provide for my daughter. Still, there seems to be a barrier. The process with CCEAF has been awful, to which I found they are a private registered association.

Ultimately, the were referred by the SPMI and we have followed patiently. This may also have to be rectified as they have messed and tampered our lives. They are not equipped or educated to handle our case and situation in my impression. With love and devotion, my daughter and I have comitted to call and be connected everyday by video calls, messages, letters, and many modes of communication. When there are emergencies we ask to see each other. However, there is a big imbalance still in our relationship from the results of the SPMI, the state, and those involved to mishandle our case. It is not correct!

Also some other problematics - the massive delays and effects from the pandemia, which we are still suffering from. Many closures, the home quarentine, and with that again; the delayment of appointments and practical things to be done. Having a french translator I found still, there have been complications in communication. Sometimes helpful, other times perhaps causing more problems. Again, experiencing alot of delays to meet required appoinments to meet the state requisite for a registered psychiatrist to follow my case.

I have been compliant and patient. I do not have the problem to be connected to a psychiatrist especially if they can give me high quality natural organic medical grade treatments as well as the opportunity to speak of my psychological health. I have always been connected to psychology and counselors all my life and have recieved great benefits. So, in the recent official state papers they wrote I had refused. It is not true.

However, another prolonged problem were the previous Cabinet Rue Bass who were tyranically awful! As to be diagnosing me from everything to being schizophrenic to their own askewed assumptions! Case in point, I have had a hard life, I have suffered from the marriage, and the divorce - so yes I may have ups and downs of stress and emotions as any average person. Their persistance to pedal their chemical treatments were horrifying and unconsiderate to my life! Awful!

The recent report with names protected:

In contrary to the new mail report of the Tribunal to block my visits with my daughter, I have actually been just waiting in the process to get an appointment with the HUG to get a new referral for a psychiatrist. I had an appointment 24 March 2021 at HUG for a referral and then it was cancelled.

Finally, yesterday 7 April 2021 I had a new appointment and saw the doctor. I have now another process of waiting for a call from CAPPI referred by the doctor to meet the requirements of SPMI and the state lawyer, who told me I needed a registered* psychiatrist, which is why I refused CCEAF's private unregistered psychologist. Attached are the documents of my appointments.

Please, I don't want my visitation rights blocked. Mayari and I have suffered so long in your system now with many misunderstandings. We have lost so much precious time since July 2019 with also the death of our family member.

I wish to gain maximum rights and that this story of complications is finished for us. The ex-husband is a psychogically abusive person to my daughter and I. Absolutely, neglectful and dangerous! I wish to have my daughter live with me and have all the proof necessary to have her back.

Other practcal news, I continue to integrate in the new home given by Hospice General and continue to heal from your protocols are tramatizing for mother and child. It's not correct what is happening. I asked numerous times an appointment with all of you and I had no answer, now only the answer that I will become blocked from circumstances out of my hands ie the psychiatrist appointment cancelation from 24 March 2021.
