We, as residents of Morgan County, want all of us who own property in this county to be treated fairly. We do not want to have to make up a property tax shortfall while a company with $17 billion in the bank gets a free ride. As a usufruct, Morgan will collect only about $44 million over 25 years, but as an Estate For Years, Morgan will likely collect over $400 million in property taxes. This legal challenge is well worth every penny of the court challenge.”
