Helping to prevent areas of Moreton Bay Region becoming Heat Islands.

Did you know that Moreton Bay Regional Council area has been identified as a growth area with an anticipated need for hundreds of thousands of new dwellings over the next few decades.

In order to prevent West Caboolture becoming a deadly heat island as has happened with other urban developments,  Council needs to take proactive measures now, starting with joining neighbouring councils in declaring a climate emergency.
