The goal is to reach at least the same amount of signatures than the petition about Petey Piranha being playable again in Mario Kart, which won due to him making his comeback in Mario Kart Tour. 

In fact, the Petey Piranha petition had got 49 signatures, which is nearly the half of a goal of 100 signatures.
