WOW! We have over 400,000 signatures! And guess what? The ban is on HOLD until Wednesday. Yes this is a minor victory, but we still need to be thankful. Montreal SPCA is trying to push for a more longterm delay to the ban while things get sorted out legally. Yes, we understand that today is Wednesday, 10/5/16, but this remains a very active situation. and we expect additional changes in the next 24-48 hours.
