There's been 2 inmate deaths at MCJ so far, this year
This is NOT ok!! They literally have cameras recording every inch of that place! If the deputies were doing their fancy over paid jobs.... If they got off of their phones, maybe people wouldn't be dying.
A jail deputy is nothing more than a over priced babysitter in a uniform with a power trip. They are litlery paid to sit at their little kiosk in front of several units, which all have windows so that the deputy can sit in the middle and see into all the units.... But my question is.... How are fights occuring, inmates being beaten to death, people just mysteriously suddenly dying, incidents and "suicides" constantly happening in the booking area, across from the booking window....the area that has the most amount of people working in it, and has the nursing station...
Maybe the problem isn't Wellpath or even the nurses.... The problem is the negligent lazy jail cops, You don't take their job seriously even though they're all getting paid at least $200,000 a year in that county... That we are paying them out of our tax money.... They're making that much money and they are just sitting there letting people die. They have complete control of them they literally strip them down naked and take everything from them and lock them in a box. If you're going to do that you are responsible for the safety and well-being of that person because you have them contained. You cannot forget about them or ignore them or avoid them. Their lives are in your hand. Right now there are hundreds if not a couple thousand people in that building with their lives depending on these jail cops. Any one of them could be next. And it's not necessary. These people are getting paid enough where they can sit there and pay attention to their job. And complete their tasks that they are supposed to complete. And make sure that people do not die.
How hard is that?
Maybe they should stop paying these worthless jail cops who are letting people die and costing the county millions and millions of dollars and families so much devastation..... Maybe they should all just get fired and we can hire new ones. These ones are making two times the state average and they're not doing anything but costing the county lawsuit settlements for deaths that we're preventable and shouldn't have happened if they were doing their jobs!!!
This is going to stop. It's happening all over the country I looked at the amount of inmates that died in California this last year and it is just endless delicious goes on and on. I can't even imagine what the country says but it's very sad.
