They say that there is no evidence to show that my suspicions are justified.. Looking at the fact that he had toilet paper stuffed down his throat... That alone is suspicious. Their investigation should cover all basis. They shouldn't have to prove it was Not a suicide in order to investigate it as a homicide. ..

He says there's no evidence to support that it was a homicide. Well is there evidence to support that it was a suicide. Is there any reason to consider that it might not be a suicide is there any reason to consider it might be a homicide

They are supposed to stay objective and conduct an unbiased investigation. That's kind of difficult when you're investigating your own department and your own friends and your own the job isn't to find a reason there isnt evidence. Their job is to assume the worst, pick apart every piece of it and then rule out what positively can't be.

If this happened at home... If they got called here because my husband was found in the bathroom dead with a lot of toilet paper shoved down his throat and I told him he did it to himself, do you think that they would just roll that a suicide? That that is what I was claiming so that has to be true. There would be no evidence to support that I did it to him because I wasn't holding a roll of toilet paper.

If only were that easy to kill someone right? They wouldn't believe me. They would already assume I was guilty. They've never even consider that I wasn't. And even if I was and I didn't do it I would probably still spend the rest of my life in prison for it because they would conveniently pick out all the evidence that made me look guilty and ignore the evidence that proves I didn't do it right?

So basically what they're doing here is the exact same thing only they're believing. So they're not investigating anything else that's why there's no evidence to support it.. . Because they are not looking for it. They are only looking at what supports their suicide claim of their friends. Their "evidence" is selective not objective.

And here's a grand prize question of the fuckimg day.... . Where is the f****** video of the whole time he was there? Unless that video 100% supports the reports and the evaluations that were took while he was there at the time they were happening, they can't really say what happened for sure ..

And why are they not coming why are they not releasing his debts to the public why are they keeping this top secret? Why won't they tell me anything and they called security on me just for asking what is where it was for and if you made it to court. What are they protecting so much but they don't want anybody know anything?

I am his wife. You think that they would be including me and letting me know things as they were investigating. They refuse to tell me anything they don't even call me back. Several inmates have died the last few months and they reports the details immediately including the details of what the people were there for everything. Why don't they tell us anything about this where is there transparency. Even when they can't report some things because of the investigation they still let out other things they they still get basic information. Why aren't they doing even that like the fact he died they still won't tell anybody that.

Why is there no transparency in this? We pay them to do job we are there employer. If you are a babysitter to watch your kids and you get home then when your kids is dead, you expect them to explain themselves right. When they have nothing to hide they speak the truth. The truth cannot be changed it is what it is. When they have something to hide, they plead the fifth or say no comments
