Here's how I get treated after they murder my husband and destroy my life. I was just trying to find out if he had actually appeared in court and what his warrant was for... And they tried to have me arrested!
Later I found out that he had court at 8:30 Wednesday morning. He didn't appear bcuz they found him in his cell at 8:12. First, they were supposed to be checking him every 15 min. On top of that, the courthouse is on the clear other side of Salinas from the jail.. Usually they take you way early and you sit there until court ... Why 18 min before court was he still in his cell? I guess they forgot to give him breakfast too... And on the check they made out to him for the money that he had in his account, it's time stamped 8:36am, so in the 24 minutes after they found his body... They performed CPR & failed, they called the court, told them he was dead and they dismissed whatever he was going for and they got him all checked out of the system, got his belongings ready to go and made him out a check...... Wow that's crazy. Usually just for them to release you out of the computer, takes several hours... That must be a world record.... Kind of like creating a way to kill yourself with toilet paper....
I wonder why they didn't have time or thought to call his family and let them know that they killed him.
