They're reversing the votes of the people!

The Marijuana Legalization Bill was the single most popular bill on the Montana ballot in November 2020. It had more votes than any other bill, including the Senate and Governor seats. Now, without the consent of the people, the majority of Montana's senate wants to reverse this brand new law before it can even fully take effect. This not only affects people who had unjust criminal charges or people who just want to recreationally smoke, but it harms the Montanans who need medical marijuana to get through their days (including veterans with PTSD). The Montana medical marijuana patients just rejoiced on having access to more options and cheaper prices, but that could be taken away. Montana's democracy is being threatened right under our noses.

Greg Gianforte and Steve Daines know that Montanans don't pay as much attention to the news as city folks in other states, and they took advantage of that by brainwashing the people of Montana into thinking Steve Bullock was a communist. They knew exactly what verbiage to use to get people to vote for them, and it worked. Well... If you voted for either one of them, I'm sorry, but they completely lied to you. They are taking a lot of power away from local governments and the people who reside in them. Steve Daines and Greg Gianforte simply don't care about you.
