Yesterday, 01/10/2025, an email correspondence was sent to the management team by a group of residents on behalf of all those who signed this petition. It is included below for transparency within our group and to keep everyone informed:

"Dear Moment/Windsor Management Team,

We are writing on behalf of the residents of Moment Apartment Building to formally express our deep concerns regarding the substandard living conditions that have persisted for an extended period of time. 

We are collectively demanding immediate action in the form of monetary compensation to address the issues that have significantly impacted our daily lives and well-being.

As residents, we have long experienced a range of unresolved problems, most notably but not limited to unsafe conditions in the sole elevator and failure to repair the other elevators which have been out of service. This is not only unacceptable but also violates our basic rights as tenants to live in a safe, clean, and habitable environment.

In response to Windsor Communties’ negligence towards residents and failure to maintain the standard of living that was promised by the management team at Moment , we have come together to draft a petition that outlines our specific demands for improvements and timely resolutions. The petition includes clear expectations regarding the repairs and upgrades required, as well discounted rent that we expect to be provided for the substandard of living compared to what we were promised upon signing of our leases.

It also specifies the course of action we will take if our demands are not met prior to February 1st, the next due date for rent payment.

Moment Apartment Building should be a place where all residents can live comfortably and with dignity. We also demand a building townhall meeting with you as soon as possible to discuss our concerns and address the unfair practices we have experienced in the last few months.
