The previous two Minecons have been hosted in countries on the other side of the world from Australia. This has made it difficult for people in the Asia Pacific region to attend. Seeing that Minecon has been hosted in Europe and America we believe it is time that the Asia Pacific region had a turn at hosting the event. The recent ticket sales of PAX Australia are proof that a Minecon in Australia would be a great success.
