To accept testimony and public input for a request for Major/Street Encroachment for 3333 California Street (AB 1032/003).

Remove fifteen (15) Street Trees along California Street between Laurel St and Presidio Ave., and 19 Significant trees along California St., Masonic Ave, Presidio Ave., and Laurel St., with replacement of 88 street trees and 49 significant trees, and the payment of 12 in-lieu fees.
Construct, install and maintain various landscaping, steps, special pavers in the public right-of-way in the vicinity of the intersection of Masonic and Presidio Avenues.
