City may be working with us.

We are making progress in our fight for personal choices at work. The city is looking into respirators that don’t require to be clean shaven. Risk management has to okay these before purchasing. The union is aware of this also involved.  They are meeting with the city on Tuesday to discuss this issue. They are for respirators being optional or having the city work with the employees that aren’t comfortable wearing form fitting respirators. They are also with us on this being excessive PPE for this task.
