Calling all concert goers!
Were you ever pissed off or upset when you couldn't go to a concert you really wanted to go to? Were the tickets actually affordable, but then suddenly not? Scalpers make a living off of overcharging for concert tickets. They will buy in bulk and resell the tickets at a much higher costs. And sites like Ticketmaster, an official ticket selling company for concerts and other events should not allow the reselling of tickets higher than market value. It's ripping off fans and not allowing fans, people who truly want to be there, the chance to purchase affordable tickets. When a ticket costs no more than $30 and resale is going for as high as $50,000 for tickets is in all honest complete bullshit. Fans may love their artists a lot, but there aren't any fans who will drop $50,000 for tickets. Ticket sites such as Stubhub should also put a price limit on how tickets should be resold. If a ticket is bought for $30 then the resell value should be no more than $45. Tickets should never be meant to make a profit. They are meant so people who actually want to attend an event to have a good time. This problem needs to be fixed ASAP. Ticketmaster, LiveNation, and StubHub need to regulate the resell values for event tickets.
