Mayor Patricia De Lille is taking the DA to the Cape High Court this Friday, 11th of May 2018 at 09h00 to challenge the constitutionality of the automatic cessation clause. The DA has found a clause in its constitution which they concluded that they could use to get rid of Mayor Patricia De Lille. Mayor De Lille is of the view that such a clause is unconstitutional and should be tested in court, which will be happening this Friday. We call on all Aunty Pat’s supporters to arrive in their thousands on the steps of the Cape High Court this Friday, 11th of May at 09h00 in a show of solidarity with her.
