" I'd rather not get involved, we are doing ok" yeah right!

Another one asks me , " why you getting so involved with speaking out on what is going on , this is nothing new "?  Well I reply,  " that is exactly why, because nothing changes in regard to bad and failing status here , not to exclude the growing homelessness and addicts everywhere ". He tells me he wont get involved because he dont need to, his family doing good!  Then, several months later i see him again with his wife and theirs is hooked. unfortunately at the same place i too get free narcan in the dispensers put throughout the city,, and its not the welfare drugs stores for methadone or soboxin ( in a way it is welfare sponsoreddrug, their answer to problem) .  I ask him if they are ok, wife crying tells him in front of me , " you should listen to hermamo pedro and help him"! He just frowns upon her turns around and walks away.   These people are afraid to confront leaders , why ? As many tell me, "I can't I work at lanl n could loose my clearance".  Little do they know while they work at LANL  their schools are bring introduced to the fet now for free as sample  at the public schools fm gradeschool up to high school.   Back yrs ago I exposed this to top dogs and it just seems to have grown.   Sorry peeps , "hate to say I told you so" .   Not until one of their own gets bit, will they even consider and even then,  opening their mouths and hopefully stop voting for the same failing politicians
