2019 has been rough...still on the ground in this trench war with death n crime most attributed to drug addiction and abuse. Murder rate of this city of 10k ranked 3rd in state and 1st per capita beating out albq. We are loosing many young children to violence abuse and murder.I am tired and discouraged. My home utilized as a shit shower shave and sm meal for homless whom here bout me allowing them to enter and take shower n wash their cloths OR cloth them . Both Male female alike for numbers are growing and growing with not much emphasis being put on this dilema .Hoping the shelter for homless opens soon. I am not ashamed to say I help the homless and addicts. I have accepted what I do,  even if my wife and daughter are not in this home they are not far and this we decided for safety and mental health, for helping these souls drains the soul. Going on four yrs  come ash Wednesday 2020 and have met many good people whom are in struggle. RESPECT  is in the air everywhere I go, especially from the struggling population whom know I fight for them. Please don't judge CRITICIZE nor stigmatize the indigent ignorant addicted homless pooulation,  these souls are in need of care support n mostly love. Those whom rear raise and support their children, the grandparents and great grandparents are the true HEROS in AMERICA,  let's all show these people the respect and acknowledgment they deserve , hoping government agencies and other organizations will help them.
