As the President of these United States of America, signs an order to fund states on fighting the disease of opiate addiction and death, we as concerned people that have been on the front lines are a step ahead of many. New political leadership in city, county and state they are now fully aware that many of us will not stop pushing for accountability, not only from agencies who are working on the crisis, but on them as elected officials. We must start showing and proficiently producing positive results for ALL citizens, not just the elite or few in political circles. Too many decades have passed with past , even deceased leaders ( with due respect), that failed us and brought us to this point in time. Failing schools, higher than normal rates of DEATH especially our youth, unemployment, child abuse, crime, no tradeschool and the list goes on. No more of the same, we must move forward, with the rest the nation. As a stateswoman in capital hill told my wife and I , " your area and people are about 50 yrs behind, in regards to society and dominant culture as a whole in this Nation, and unfortunately, it didn't happen on its own".
