The arts are proven to stimulate brain activity and learning ,then why are the arts programs being taken away and Not funded for our people and the failing schools in our state . The arts are a healing tool for all rehabilitation purposed, utilize the people such as this young man who creates murals and other brother and sister artists in northern new Mexico.
