Our state , our country , our county , our city must start forcing retirements of those with double and triple retirement status and still.working in all levels. The side effect.of allowing this practice to evolve and continue is putting a big strain on the younger generations in regard to unemployment . this practice can be found in all levels of our society, as well many are at the prime ripe age of reaching incompetence in their jobs, thus creating an unstable infrastructure within community. Ethics boards in all levels must as well be investigated making sure they, themselves are.not promoting unethical behaviors and covering up the ills of our society. Too many unethical people in high office , business , government , law enforcement , schools , even religious groups, being shuffled around and creating even more chaos and instability for all. Out with the old, in with the young educated minds that are having to go out of state to seek employment. Vote, vote , vote , and run for office is.my advise to the youth.
