I recall in 1967 - 69 is when i saw the first syringe as a young boy. While spying on the gringos or hippies as my parents called them. A large camp below our home with over a hundred living in tents . we would watch their women in the river bathing , several of our friends would get off at our bus stop and we would go hide and watch these hairy bushed females bath in the river with most of them both men and women and kids with no cloths on . there is when I remembered seeing needles n drug activity . this is when and who brought it into the northern towns. Draft dodgers hiding and wanting our lands. Not until our men came back from Vietnam were they forced to leave. They our men saw what they were doing infecting our people and our own allowing them , our own draft dodgers from times past. Makes me wonder if our own that became their friends and allowed them to infect our people are still in the ones in charge of our leadership. In times past to even now the term is "vendidos" . just a brief history of my memory as an adolescent, and child being slaped and kicked around if we spoke spanish in our schools by our teachers principles and even bus drivers. Surly have gone and come a long way. Repressed memory I believe they call it. While our parents worked hauling poison for los Alamos labs dying at early ages as janitors bringing home bottle to urinate for their testing Like lab rats. I wonder if they collected these stories for their celebration of the lanl. God bless
