The loss of lives in our public schools, with regard to our beautiful innocent children is so tragic and heartbreaking. This trend going on throughout the united states is a prime example of what we are dealing with. Evil at its core, unity is a must too cage the bad and give citizens the courage to identify and report all activity that puts the public in danger. The younger generations are under attack being used as pawns to insitgate violence the youth that are sad and Ill of heart. Substance abuse is one of the leading causes of our deep rooted problems, that goes hand in hand with mental illness and lack of mental health care or more needed in public schools and communities. When a person attemots suicide , through overdose or otherwise there is a lack of services in place to help these individuals, thus making these individuals dangerous not only for themselves but for others. The deeper an individual goes into a depression and dispair , the riskier the behaviors become which in turn start pushing outward toward others. Our prayers go out to all who have lost love ones from Aztec and other schools. We plead with our state and national government to restructure the current mental health care system to address these deep rooted issues that seem to be progressing in nature. Substance abuse is a side effect of lack of family values spirituality, , economy , unemployment , abuse, unethical behaviors in all levels and lack of services to address and help those that show the beginning signs of mental illness. Some may tend to say seperation of church and state is a must, but in my opinion , one can not survive without the other. They do not have to be as one , but just try to communicate and work together in some fashion. My attempts during this mission have proven difficult in regard to bringing faith groups and local government to the table, even for simple dialog. I am convinced that a bigger force is driving these divisions of our people , with the innocent and less fortunate paying the ultimate price with their lives. Please let's try harder and pray with our children.
